4:00 - Faculty arrive at the Airport  by this time.

10:00 - 5:15 Faculty check-in

5:30 - 6:30 Faculty Meeting

6:30 - Dinner (Special location)

7:30 - 8:30 New faculty orientation

7:30 - 8:30 Small group leaders meet, including their essay specialist


SATURDAY - STUDENTS ARRIVE

7:00 - 7:45 Breakfast.

9:15 – 10:15 Small groups meet in their rooms

10:30 – 11:30 Faculty & Essay specialists meet for planning sessions

11:30 – 12:30 Lunch

11:30 – 4:45 Student registration:

4:00 – Students flying in arrive at  Airport or if driving in by this time.

12:00 - 4:45 Computer labs open

5:00 - 5:30 Opening blessing, Welcome: Parents and faculty introductions. Parents depart

5:30 - 6:30 Dinner (sit with small groups - Introductions)

6:30 - 7:30 Student campus tour

6:45 - 7:30 Faculty meeting

7:30 - 8:30  Sign up for Traditional night. Student introductions. Go over schedules, small group assignments, rules and expectations

8:30 - 9:15 All meet briefly in small group rooms

9:15 – 10:00 Computer lab open; Small group faculty complete review of student files

10:00 – 10:30 Dorm socials and fire/emergency procedures

10:30 In dorms

12:00 In rooms (all faculty in dorms)

SUNDAY

7:00 - 7:45 Breakfast

8:15 – 8:45 Session 1 - Icebreakers

9:00 - 10:30  Small Groups. All students complet the following this week:
1. Resume 2. Common Application, including typed essay (sent out ahead of time)
3. List of 10 colleges to apply to 4. Analysis of the FAFSA (financial aid form).

10:45 - 11:15 College presentations

11:30 - 12:30 Lunch

12:45 - 1:15  Session 2: SAT/PSAT: tips & overview

1:30 - 3:00 Session 3: Small groups: Case Studies (students are the admission committee)

3:00 - 3:30 Faculty meeting

3:00 - 5:00 Students - Free time. Computer lab & fitness center available

5:00 - 5:30 College presentations

5:30 - 6:30 Dinner (college reps’ night off; those in Session 4 off after 7:30)

3:15 - 5:00  Students - Free time. Computer lab & Fitness Center open

3:15 – 3:45 Faculty meeting

7:00 – 8:00 Session 10: Test Prep II – ACT Math and Science - Princeton Review

11:00 - 12:00 Closing Ceremony: Awarding of Certificates (parents invited) Closing blessing.

12:00 - 12:30 Bag Lunches & dorm check out

12:30 Airport transportation leaves

Departing flights must leave no earlier than 2:00 p.m.

Students must be off campus by 1 p.m.
